We brought our cat here a few months ago who was really sick. Everyone there was so compassionate and empathetic. They explained each step of the process and helped us understand what was happening. They were so kind and wonderful and l can't say enough great things about them and the way everything was handled and helping us through the process. I would highly recommend.
Wonderful place to go to if you want your pet taken care of.
I went there for a dry skin issue on my dog. 125$ injection itself. Total invoice 650$ with vaccins and etc..I understand I had a great assistance for that price (5 persons just for my dog). What I also regret is that they let you pay for a poop test to make sure you will come back but did not mention that before I paid the bill. Not for my budget maybe for your budget?
My veterinary experience as well as my cat Titus' experience, was phenomenal. The staff check in process was painless and I did not have to wait long to see a tech and a doctor. The tech and doctor were very thorough in their examination and actually took the time to explain everything to me. The doctor was extremely personable and had incredible bedside manner. I have been to many vets before but Apopka Vet Clinic is the only one that I feel actually cares for pets. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
Complete lack of empathy for animals that are in severe pain and are suffering. My dog has had arthritis since pupphood (13 now) and has been seen previously by this vet. Therefore I shouldn't have to bring her in to get refills on medication she's been on for years, especially if it risks causing unnecessary pain for her. I informed them she couldn't walk due to pain and they forced her to walk. The Doctor saw her for no more than 5 minutes and seemed annoyed by me asking questions and trying to get as much information and relief for my Baby as possible. The next day Bella fell and severely injured her leg. I asked for medication for her pain, to no avail. They could care less because they're not getting that office visit fee. So long as the wallet is open, service is great, otherwise it's oh well, nothing we can do from them. Complete lack of compassion. Take that back. They were willing to euthanize instead of providing medication. Complete waste of my time, effort and resources. 😡
