I recently visited Lake Emma Animal Hospital with my cat, Data, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made sure to address all of my concerns and took the time to get to the root of Data's issues. What stood out the most was how cat-friendly the clinic was and appreciative of the cat room (pictured below). They clearly understand the unique needs and behaviors of cats, which made the visit much less stressful for Data. I'm so thankful for their dedication and expertise in ensuring the well-being of my pet. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care.
New to the area, with a pet I inherited. L.E.A.H. was nearby and I thought it would be a nice place to start. Well, I could not have been more happy with the welcome we received. Everyone was very gentle with my newly acquired family member and I was glad Dr. Eric answered all my questions. It's clear that they love animals. They want to partner with the owners to care for them. I like that.
Haven’t been too pleased with this place since day one. Reasons being, I feel like they charge you for every little thing that may not be necessary to get. Every time I go in it seems like they do the same routine regardless what I’m bringing my dog in for. Almost feels like they don’t fully know what they’re doing. The prices are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! I was really thrown off that when I called in to ask how much it would be to get my dog spayed and they said they don’t give quotes over the phone!?! Very weird… They then sent me the quote via email which at my surprise it was $875!!!!!!! Mind blowing! Wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL unless you are looking to throw your hard earned money away. Should be 1 star but I gave it 2 stars because it was clean inside.
Lake Emma Animal Hospital has been our go-to veterinary clinic for the past eight years, and we have been very happy with the care our cats receive. Dr. Hecker, in particular, has been an outstanding veterinarian. Her genuine care and compassion for our pets are evident in every visit. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain any treatments and never makes us feel rushed, ensuring all our concerns are addressed. The entire team at Lake Emma Animal Hospital is friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable environment for both pets and their owners.
Just finished our first visit at Lake Emma Animal Hospital! What an amazing experience. We had taken our pup to a Banfeild pet hospital since he was 15 weeks old and unfortunately our visits became less thorough and frustrating as time went on. Our visit to Lake Emma was the opposite - Extremely thorough, timely, clean, and they explained every detail and answered our questions with great detail. Everyone on staff was very kind and made my nervous dog feel at ease. Thank you for a great experience! I’m so happy to have found our new vet
