The staff at the shelter are always very helpful and kind. They are honest about the status of the pets. And most of them really care. They want to see the pets go to good homes. We have adopted two of our pets from here.
This shelter is amazing! Anyone looking to adopt should definitely support this shelter. We got two of our babies from there and couldn’t be happier.
I went into this shelter with 3 pets to see. I at this time being 73yrs old wanted to rescue an older dog. I never thought a puppy would be the one I rescued. He has a beautiful disposition and very healthy. Whoever took care of him had made his transition very easy. I was very blessed to get him. Thank you to the staff fir doing s great job. Joann Warwick and Luca.
i adopted this cutie from here a few months ago and he has been the best dog that I’ve ever had my whole life. Thank You for allowing us to adopt this precious dog
HORRIBLE shelter, HORRIBLE experience. My husband and I scheduled an appointment to adopt a dog. After checking in and receiving our badge, we ended up waiting 30 mins in the lobby where we were able to witness the horribly unorganized operation from a front row seat. Since we had time, my husband went outside to view the available dogs in the kennels. Per the email that we received when our appt was scheduled: “The badge is your hall pass to move about the shelter.” He was approached and verbally attacked by multiple shelter reps. Every single one of them was completely nasty and unprofessional. They told him that adopters are not able to view dogs on their own and proceeded to find someone with the authority to “remove him from the shelter.” I was completely blown away by the horrible treatment and clear lack of concern for the poor animals in residence. Is the purpose of a shelter not to find loving homes for the animals? Do you not go to a shelter to look at the available animals???? Completely disgusted by the horribly ran and managed shelter. The main goal here is definitely NOT to find homes for pets in need. I Love to see my tax dollars at work here.
