The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that gave me peace. They handled everything with so much empathy. I truly recommend this place. My son Cody just got his beloved dog Charlie back from cremation. This place exceeded our expectations. You can tell the love and compassion they gave. His urn was beautiful. The paw print was so much more then we expected. The urn necklace was beautiful. The card, the heart flowers to plant. The utmost love and care of how he was returned to us showed in their work. We appreciate you all very much during this hard time. Charlie was 7.5 years young and we lost him to cancer. We miss him so much.
Animal Kingdom Pet Services went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave me peace to know that our sweet dog would be handled in the most respectful way. Just before we lost our pet, I had been searching for cremation services and was horrified by reviews left for another local company just down the road from me. I was so upset after reading the reviews and was so happy to find Animal Kingdom Pet Services. The moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by a staff member and the owner. They were so warm and compassionate. The care of my dog was handled with dignity and upon picking up her ashes, I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful they had packaged everything, it was really special. I will definitely return when the time comes again that I lose another pet. Thank you so much for taking care of our sweet girl.
