Stay away from this location. You’re paying for the trendy Woof Gang name but getting PetSmart quality groomers. These aren’t professional, experienced Master Groomers by any stretch of the imagination. Many have just gone through Woof Gang training and can’t even follow a picture of a past grooming of the dog they’re working on. Katie, in particular, was sloppy and careless with an attitude and chip on her shoulder to match.
Hanni is the best groomer! So kind and professional. All my dogs go with her and they love her so much.
my charlie boy always looks AMAZING after his full service here. the staff is so friendly and helpful and kind. i was even late to pick up my dog and they were so understanding about it. this is charlie’s second haircut here and we absolutely love it. definitely a forever customer
