My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!
We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. I recommend Universal Dog Care to anyone that loves their fur baby and wants peace of mind. It was an excellent trip and we owe the most part to these owners who were excellent and very attentive to our fur baby. Thank you so much for treating Chance like family. You are amazing!!
We had 2 dogs needed boarding while we were visting Universal Studios and Universal Dog Care was the perfect option as its closer to the park. And universal dog care were very responsive to plan the schedule for both pick up/drop off, they were flexible even if we were early/late as long as we communicate ahead of time. While during the boarding they sent regular pictures and shared updates, they made us feel stress free and our boys feel home!!! Highly recommend this dog care.
This was our pup's first visit to Universal Dog Care. He does not usually do well with boarding but our schedule was to be at the theme parks for 3 days and we were in search of a dog care facility that would not be too stressful for him. We are so happy that we chose Universal Dog Care. Daily photos reassured us that all was OK and much to our surprise it seemed that he was making new friends and having a great time. He has had a problem with socialization but not at Universal. We even think he was a little sad about leaving his buddies behind when we picked him up. This is a 10 out of 10 recommendation to anyone considering Universal Dog Care. Your pet will have a great time - maybe even a better vacation than you are having!
We’ve never left our dogs with anyone before, but needed to on a recent trip to Universal Studios. We received frequent pictures of our babies and were able to enjoy ourselves knowing they were in good hands. When we went to pick them up, they were happy and in good spirits.
