Warning! Please learn from my traumatic experience with this “Enrichment Doggie Day Care”. My dog was there less than 5 weeks in total, 3 days a week. She got sick from Kennel Cough, which required a Vet visit and a full round of antibiotics. Within days of returning, my dog got sick with Pneumonia. She was hospitalized in isolation, hooked up to multiple IV’s for continuous antibiotics and needed oxygen. Meanwhile this facility kept charging me. Central Bark East Orlando lets sick dogs in and clearly do not clean and sanitize up to standards. They continued charging me, even after cancellation for another 2 weeks (beware of their contracts). Vet bills total over $4,000.00, but it was the stress that my dog and myself were dealing with that this facility could care less about. The owner is to blame. The owner, who said that I was “lucky” to get her on the phone, she obviously feels superior to her customers. There is a a very serious problem with this facility. They cover themselves with the contracts you must sign and their many “rules”, which financially benefit them. Horrible experience. Please learn from our mistakes. Perhaps the owner should be “kind” and take a moment to call and check on a dog who got very, very sick being at Central Bark East, after only attending for a little over 1 month. Also, in her falsely accused response, I did not say I’m not good with rules, I said that “this place, Central Bark East “sure has a lot of rules”. Beware people. I have the receipts.
Literally the best customer service I've ever received. I've never considered taking my dog for doggy day care before but due to work I've had to. The manager was absolutely impeccable, giving me a full run down of how they operate and being very accommodating. If you're ever wanting a doggy day care with enrichment even for a ridiculously hyper dog I cannot recommend these folks enough! Ez 5 stars
Peace of Mind is an understatement... I discovered this hidden gem scrolling through Facebook and thought of them as an option for a place where I could take my pup Cooper to burn some energy from time to time. The ease of communication was amazing! The comfort you feel while booking as a first time pup owner (whose never left their baby with anyone) literally was the best feeling! The reassurance I felt speaking with Monica and then the owner Lisa I knew this was the place. I had a prior experience the day before and it was a nightmare, so coming to Central Bark I was a bit on edge; but it was night and day compared to the other place. I would give this place a thousand stars if I could not be happier. Also while my pup was there I requested a full groom and he came home so handsome. His first day went wonderfully they called me mid day for an update then at pick up I was given a folder with his behavior assessment for the first day with plenty of details and a first day of daycare picture. Cooper can't wait to come back to play with friends next week! THANK YOU CENTRAL BARK!
I can’t say enough positive things about them! I booked with them for the first time 1/31. I was very nervous as I am not from Florida and did not know anything about boarding here. However, based on their reviews I felt comfortable. I was only boarding my dog for one night with the stay and play so I could fly back to my home state and work. Little did I know when returning on 2/1 that it would take over and hour to get my bags and shuttle back to my car causing me to be late to pick my dog up at their 6:30 closing time. The girls that worked on Friday 2/1 stayed after until 6:48 to allow me to pick up my dog as I live two hours from Orlando. I was so thankful for their generosity and flexibility with me! I was definitely in a panic and felt so bad. I will definitely book with them again (and be on time)!
Such a fun day!! The girls at reception were so thoughtful to let us know when dogs were passing. The area was clean and the set up was great!
