I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible experience we had with Richard and his team at The K9 Training Academy. From our very first session, it was clear that they genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. Our dog Luke has such a strong personality we were worried he would be to stubborn for any trainer. But we are now so happy and confident with your pup and can’t wait to take him to the next level with this amazing team. My German Shepherd Ares was 7 months old when he started to become aggressive towards strangers. I couldn’t control him with the little training we got at Petsmart (waste of time and money), so we had to do more. We found the k9 training academy in Orlando and were amazed by the all the videos of the dogs they trained. The phone consultation was very informative and we can tell they were experts. We are very happy with the outcome of the training we got after sending Ares to bootcamp for 6 weeks. It’s been real nice to be able to walk him without worrying. We recommend this for everyone.

We sent our puppy Luke to the k9 training academy in Orlando because we saw our neighbors dog after it came back from training. We knew immediately that when we get a dog, it’s going to the k9 training academy. They did not disappoint! We are going to follow all the instructions and take him through all the training courses. Our Dog is even more amazing after his training! As a dog lover and a plastic surgeon who has treated way too many dog bites - obedience training was never a question. After meeting a very well trained standard golden doodle trained by K9 Training Academy, we decided to send ours. He came back a machine with 100 % recall and service dog training. Really impressive. He’s a great dog, 70 lbs, loves to play with other dogs and great with kittle kids. At the same time he is obedient on and off leash and a protective guard of our front door. Thanks Rick!
