Almost unbeatable prices, worth the cost savings for the 40+ minute drive versus a regular vet! Affordable Vet Care and Dr. Fine are truly affordable, and she's great to talk to regarding your pets, and all of the vet techs/assistants I've interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and informative. The ONE AND ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because, most of the time, there are extended wait times, usually at least 30+ minutes, longer during busier times, especially when they're accepting walk-ins. Fridays and Saturdays, they don't do walk-ins. Monday-Thursday, they accept walk-ins until noon, but, in some cases, they'll accommodate for emergencies, which was the case this past Saturday. They were absolutely slammed until I left just before 2, and others were still waiting. They're supposed to close around that time. I was patient, waited about 45 minutes in the shade, but it was hot and humid. Thursday, the entire process from start to finish was an hour and a half, but I was a few minutes late to the appointment, and there were a few people there before me. The service and ultra low prices are worth it, though. Dr. Fine's concept is higher volume and lower costs across the board, which makes a lot more sense than what these super expensive places cost. Need more of these. There are some non-profit low-cost clinics that cost MORE than Dr. Fine. Highly recommend!
The name definitely suits the business. They should have their visiting process clearly posted online and at the location. It's unlike a typical veterinarian practice, and not being prepared can make it an uncomfortable situation, especially during the summer. Once your pet is taken in, it's a very quick and pleasurable experience. The staff are all extremely friendly. It's easy to see that Dr. Fine really cares about the animals, and knows how to run a great business!
I have been going to dr fine 7 years. She takes care of Chip so well. She only cares about the animals. My granddaughter is bringing her two dogs also.
The office did an incredible job cleaning my Senior Daschund’s teeth. His name is Bradley Cooper and is 15 years old. We were quoted by one vet that it would cost 1500-4000$ due to several extractions and condition of his teeth. His teeth look AMAZING! No stinky breath and only lost 2 teeth! He was checked in at 8:30am and was ready to go by 11am! As soon as he was home I put him in the kennel for a few hours with a dose of gabapenti. A few hours later he was running around with one of many of his rubber balls! I wish I had known about Affordable Vet Care before my Dexter Morgan had his dental. He lost 24 teeth and cost $1500!
I love this office. Dr Fine gives my dog the best care. I see how hard she works with all her workers. I give this office not a 5 star but a 10 star thank you so much dr fine for taking good care of my Princess.
