DO NOT COME HERE , this one of the most unprofessional vet I have ever went to , there staff is horrible . I came here today to get my dog checked out bc he was popping blood . So I rushed to this closest vet near me ! When I walked in there wasn’t anybody anybody in the front and I waited there for 15 minutes before anyone could check me in . After someone has came and seen my dog she was telling me all these different prices that was never official ( scam ) . She told me it was gonna be 251 including seeing the dog since I was a walk in . Then 10 minutes later they come up with all these different test and charge me more and it came up to $450. I told them I would just come back but I will still pay the 175 bc y’all told me what was exactly wrong with the dog and y’all ran test . As I was trying to pay this girl names “ Ashely “ was saying that “ in her opinion I should deworm my dog “ I asked her how much was it going to be she said she didn’t know ! So I told that “ I didn’t care about her opinion bc they couldn’t give me an official price on anything.” So she got upset and said I have an attitude started cursing me out and snatched $50 dollar out my boyfriend hand and counted and put it in my their drawer . I asked for my money back so I can give her the money on my digital wallet . She refused to give it to me . So me and her are going back n forth and I started throwing the clip board on the ground and I grabbed some of the marbles and I poured it on their desks. As I was trying to record her she snatched my phone out my hand and I told her give me my phone back . After that the doctor himself ( Spanish looking guy) threw a bucket of marbles at me . Mind you I never touched anyone . They put my dog at risk . I called the cops and I’m pressing charges on 3 different counts . Assault , vandalism on my dog , and taking my money without my permission. I am taking this to court and pressing charges on Ashley (the black girl with glasses ) and the doctor ( old Spanish guy ) .
Dr. Hassan and crew are very well educated and compassionate in their profession. Excellent atmosphere very friendly staff. I can't thank them enough for taking great care of Dusse with his epilepsy issues.
Wow what an experience. First and foremost thank you for being available to take care of our puppy. We were on vacation here and had an unexpected emergency with our 7month old puppy. Luckily we were able find this hospital that accepted walk-ins because none of the other vets had vacancy or took walk ins. At first we were apprehensive about taking Lexi to a random doctor but from the moment we walked in Katie made us feel welcome. She was amazing and very knowledgable/caring. The Vet was also great he was kind and had us out in a flash. The location is nicely remodeled and smelled fresh and clean. Thank you all again for the great care.
I'll start by saying all the staff is friendly, but that's it so they can rob you of your money. the prices are outrageous, when I was brought the invoice for all the testing they'd like to run, I kindly asked to start with the X-ray and then we will go from there. Once they brought back my cat they proceeded to tell me that they ran all the test and they were waiting for the results, when I asked why no one came back to talk to me I got beat around the bush and then sent the doctor in with results. And all they will tell you is they have a credit card you can apply for. They don't care about you or your pet, all they care is how much money they can get out of you, I just paid 900 dollars for blood work and X-rays just to be told I need to get her spayed, and want to guess the price of that? 2000 dollars. If you want people that actually care for your pet and yourself do yourself a favor and don't come here.
Had to take our 9 week old golden doodle puppy here late on a Saturday due to bloat which can be deadly. Turned out to be from getting into more dog food than her own but had to be sure. The Vet and staff were exceptional from the start. Once the vet saw our puppy he was able to ease our concerns and we did an xray just to be certain. Aside from the medical concerns, the experience with 24/7 Animal Hospital was amazing and the cost was less than half of what I expected to pay. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to take my animals there. They are also one of the few 24/7 Animal Hospitals in Central FL.
