I brought my little boy Charlie in due to him having to be in the emergency Vet for a week. I needed to see a Specialist to continue his treatments. I went to Dr. Smith at Blue Pearl in the Internal medicine Dept. She is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and patient. I have dealt with her in the past with a few of my other fur babies. Dr. Smith is amazing!!! Yesenia who I swear is the sweetest and has the biggest heart made me feel at ease and they both took good care of my Charlie. The entire front desk staff especially Kristie and everyone here are so kind and compassionate and patient. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies.
My little Abby hurt her lower back missing a stair approximately 3 months ago. She seemed to be getting better after a visit to the emergency vet. Then her back legs dropped . I was advised to seek out a veterinarian specialist and I chose Blue Pearl in Maitland. Dr. Knight and the staff are completely amazing. Compassionate and knowledgeable. They did an MRI on Abby and it turns out she did not need a back surgery. Abby had a spinal tap, and it turns out she has meningitis. After the initial shock, Dr. Knight let me know a plan of action to try and get Abby better. She is getting treatments there now and she’s in the best possible hands. I see some reviews talking about how expensive not only this veterinarian clinic is, but others as well. MRI machines are more than $1 million, operating the facility itself, several million dollars and to employ staff, do testing, employees veterinarians and have the latest and cutting edge technologies. I always recommend to people to find and seek out the best pet insurance for their pets. I highly recommend Blue Pearl and will continue Abby’s course of treatment and if my other French Bulldog Winston finds himself in a health crisis, Blue Pearl will be my choice.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My dachshund, Ted, was diagnosed with IVDD and quickly was losing his back legs. Dr. Stark, Dr. Guzman, and the whole team at blue pearl worked to get him seen and treated as soon as possible. We ultimately agreed that surgery was the best option for Ted and he is now healing and recovering well! And I feel that a large reason for that is the exceptional care he received at blue pearl. I genuinely felt and believed that every person at Blue Pearl cared for Ted as if it was their own! They were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable regarding my pet’s emergency condition. They provided education and experience to help me and my husband make the best decision for our fur pet. I am optimistic that Ted will live many many many more years with a quality of life - Thank you Blue Pearl 💙
Everyone treated Lady with concern and care. Dr Frazho and Dr Polly were so conscientious and skilled. The techs and other staff showed caring concern. Absolutely 1st class treatment for our treasured fur family member.
I went to Blue Pearl for my cat, Tiger. I've had him his whole life, and this baby owns my heart, he's 15 now. I had a feeling that we weren't going to get good news, which we didn't, sadly. What I wanted to point out was that each person I dealt with (our vets were Dr. Duffy, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Goodson) was kind, compassionate, patient and truly cared about me, my baby and our overall experience and understanding about what was going on. I thought about how difficult it must be for them, as I'm sure a lot of the time, they are delivering devastating news to people like me, who start crying and how hopeless that must feel. It probably wears on you after a while as there probably aren't a lot of victories won. I'd like to tell all of them (as well as every other kind person we encountered during our visits) to please--DON'T GIVE UP. What you do is important. Although you are giving others awful news, it is how you are doing it. I'm sure your heart is breaking every time this occurs, and although I know I'll be saying goodbye to my boy soon, I'm extremely glad to have found this place with these loving souls. Thank you ever so much.
