Dr. Stone is amazing, I was in dyer need of a surgeon because my 4 month old frenchie Ka$h Broke his elbow in three places while playing fetch. I was searching for a veterinarian in my area and all of them wanted to either amputate his arm or pay over 7grand (7000$) and or more which was insane, my baby pup was in so much pain for two whole days and was in a state of sedation and no hope because it was such a huge financial burden that was not expected, I was desperate and finally the lord placed me in Dr. stones path, once I called the veterinary trauma center in Groveland, which is about 45 min away , once I was in contact with the staff whom may I say very friendly and caring, they were willing to take him right away and proceed with surgery, they were more concerned for his well being than any other vet I had spoken to. Seems like they were more concerned with money rather than the stress and pain our family was feeling. when Dr. stone came into the room my pup greeted him with such happiness as if he knew DR. Stone would be his guardian angel, he got my pup up in running in less than 3 months, from surgery to therapy and post operation care he took care of my boy and he has both his arms with no amputation he truly is a Miracle worker. Than you to the entire staff and of course the man him self Dr.Stone. He is a kind soul and the animals love him. I give him 1000% rating.

Dr. Ronald Stone has cared for all of our dogs throughout the years since 2001. He has shown an exceptional amount of care and compassion for our fur babies. He proceeds with an open mind and determines the best care and alternatives for our pets. He has also provided in depth physical therapy services and comfort care for our senior dogs. Our family admires Dr. Stone tremendously because he also believes in pet adoptions to help provide second chances for many shelter animals. All of our pets were adopted from shelters and Dr. Stone has treated them with the best care possible. To this day, he is our veterinarian that continues to provide 45 plus years in expert medical care for animals. We will not go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Stone for being a member of our family for over 20 plus years! You are appreciated for your years of dedication to loving animals.

Dr. Stone lives up to his name. He is a GEM! When you 1st walk into his office, it's like a step back in time. Don't let that discourage you. He knows his stuff! Many years of experience. He is quite knowledgeable and stays up to date on education. He really cares about ALL our family members. My 11 year old Shih Tzu had an accident where he had a broken jaw. Dr. Stone fixed him up! It was a break on his lower jaw in a bad spot. He managed to put an appliance on his small jaw and he recovered! He also performed a cryptorchidism neuter surgery on my 11 month old German Shepherd. Only 1 testicle is decended. He had to go look for the other one. He found it near his umbilical cord area. His staff is so loving and caring and he is affordable! Worth the trip from Central Florida area to Groveland. I can't thank him enough for taking care of my babies! Awesome staff! Highly recommend!

Do not take your pet here. My 4yr old french bulldog died 2 weeks ago there. Dr.Stone performed two small surgeries on her and said she was fine after surgery but she needed to stay over night. Next day called me telling me she woke up dead, that she had breathing problems. My dog stayed in that office for 2 nights and he could of figured out that she had breathing issues. He left her alone over night with no night staff watching her when she just had surgery. The worse thing he said to me was " even if I had someone here watching her, no one could help her if she is choking ". I personally feel that she died during surgery or right after cause there was no proof that she was fine after surgery. I would never take another pet there that's for sure.
