We scheduled a new puppy appointment @ 1:30pm and did not leave the office until after 3:00pm. Arrival was great, they got us right in, then we waited more than ten minutes in between all of the steps of the visit. Had too pry information out of everyone, from the vet, to the techs, then the checkout process. Communication was horrible, and they were pushy about everything except what the appointment was specifically for. Took 15min. To pay my bill, 1st itemized bill was the price I was told in the exam room, went to pay and it was higher. I simply tried to give the woman at the front desk the statement I was given, and she ignored me and called for the tech as if I was being difficult or in the wrong. Just tell me what was extra, why did they wait until the end to finalize the bill. Why give an estimated total in the first place? This was our first time here. Lady at the front kept repeating the waits were because they were short staffed. This was not the case. Communication is an issue, as well as customer service. Should not take over an hour for a new puppy visit, if you are understaffed take less patients that day. 2 guests at the front desk, 15min to pay, front desk cant explain billing or my bill, until the tech came out. Was really looking forward to our first visit to the vet, this was a terrible experience. Please start considering your customers, especially the new ones, overall nice location, clean, just very badly organized.
Horrible communication with clients and between the team, front desk and doctors have inconsistent understanding of policies that create unclear timelines or instructions from the staff, otherwise kind people. Staff didn’t know whether or not manager was working, but she was on vacation so communication obviously needs some work from management. I had called several times and visited in person last week just to be told that the person wasn’t able to help me, and that they’d get the doctor or the manager to help me out the next day. I had to initiate communication every time to check on a FAVN test that I was originally told would take 6 weeks, waited 7 weeks, and today the front desk said it should have taken 4-5. I am now unable to move with my pet tomorrow after coordinating with airlines and my partner’s job to secure both of their travel, after two months of expecting to be able to. I spent 800 dollars for both pet’s tests with the visit fee included, and am unable to even use the results of the tests. This place needs training, an aligned approach in communication, and to listen to what the staff needs to do their job as expected. This doesn’t express the level of disappointment with my experience here. The two people that were honest, transparent, communicative and kind to me today, thank you so much. You were the only redeemable part of this experience. If you have anything serious that needs to be taken care of, DO NOT GO HERE.
Unfortunately I needed the emergency clinics service. My pup was in very good hands by caring staff. He now is fully recovered.
We have used All Care Animal Hospital for over 20 years and they have always been great with my dogs, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all for taking such good care of our Bella!
I was very impressed with the pricing, quality of service and how on time everything was yesterday. I recently took my dog to a different ER vet & it took them 4 hours to see us. I came here yesterday & in a matter of 1 hour I was in & out with everything my dog needed done. Definitely my new vet!
