I had been to the emergency vet in Winter Park twice with my dachshund, Indica. They diagnosed her with gastroenteritis. They did x-rays, bloodwork, IV fluids, and medications. $2300 later my dog was no better. I took her into Banfield on Thursday morning and needless to say with in an hour and a half and one test, Dr. Marina had a diagnosis of pancreatitis. The team took great care of my lil girl and I am forever grateful they got her back to her happy active self!!!!
Banfield is amazing and I highly recommend them. The wellness plan is very helpful and can help save some money in the long run. They always help out my little guy.
Th staff are Awesome they received my Baby with love and care. They explained to me the wellness plan available and what is the best for my Dog. I'm so happy with them. Thank you so much for the love you give to our furry friends 💖
Awesome service provided by Wilmarie. She was super nice & helpful. She showed great knowledge and took care of our puppy very well. I really appreciate her help. Blessed to know her.
I've been a customer of Banfield for 10 years, and I've been visiting the Orlando location for over two years. Even with an appointment, I always end up waiting over an hour, and they never pick up the phone. Even when I drop off my pet right when they open, there's no contact until the last pickup time at 5 PM. Once, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told that they were going to call me to reschedule but forgot because they were too busy. They told me to either go back home and come again later or to leave my pet with them for the day. It seems like they care more about their own time than their customers' time. They still haven’t managed to address the issues my dog has, and previous records seem pointless because every vet gives a different diagnosis. I pay $79 per month for their plan and end up paying over $100 each visit, but I honestly don’t know what I'm paying for. I’m planning to switch to another local vet.
