This is a place where you get comprehensive care. They cover all the bases they are well worth it my animals receive the best care here. It may seem like they're trying to get money out of you--but they're just trying to give you options they're not pressuring they're explaining and allowing you to make decisions for your animals care based on how much you will allow them to examine and figure out what's going on. And on top of that they're just good people that love animals!!
Loved how both my puppy, Milo, and I, got so much individualized attention. Milo was cared for and loved on. My questions were all answered with patience and care, even having so many as a first time puppy owner wanting to do everything as best a possible. We love May!
I’ve visited St. Charles Veterinary Hospital twice for emergencies involving my rabbits, and I cannot thank the staff and doctors enough for their kindness and professionalism during these difficult times. The first visit was for one of my rabbits with an ear abscess, and the second was tonight, sadly, to put my bunny to sleep after enduring seizures for two hours caused by E. cuniculi. Both times, the team was incredibly compassionate and supportive. The staff is not only sweet and empathetic but also very transparent and upfront about every step of the process. In such a high-stress and emotional environment, their honesty and care made all the difference. While I hope I never have to return for another emergency, I feel confident knowing this is the place to go if needed. Thank you again for the exceptional care you provided to my bunnies.
My pomsky and I had a wonderful experience at this Vet! They take the time to explain and answer any questions and provide good quality care. I also love that they have an emergency room for pets.
Recently we got a puppy who ate his rubber lid on his canned food and had to be rushed to the ER side of the clinic. Everyone from the front to the back what compassionate and detailed. They took him right away and immediately started administering care. Dr N was very helpful and even offered to explain everything to my partner on the phone as well since she wasn’t able to be there. The vet tech, Kayla, was also very kind and knowledgeable on all the medicines/ after care and what to expect. We have been coming to St Charles for years and will never go to another vet clinic. They are family and have treated all of our babies with gold standard care.
