I drive an hour here as a last resort considering the time my cat needed help. I was so so so so happy with the service. They truly care about your pet and are so patient and considerate and loving. Such gentle hands and hearts at this location. I blindly can recommend them to anyone. I will forever be grateful for their help tonight and patience with me and our kitty. We appreciate you all so much Update 24 hours after my cat is doing so much better. Still getting her strength back but she’s alive and that’s more than enough. Thank you for saving her.
We have 3 cat buddies. Our cat, Bonnie was in howling in pain when we took her in. Easy to set a time online and the staff is wonderful. They identified the source and gave her a shot to help along with medicine to take home. They sent a medical record to our vet’s office and to my email. Better yet, cost is reasonable - lots cheaper than the emergency vet clinic close by. I highly recommend this clinic.
Going to the vet is always a challenge emotionally and financially, but the team here handled it with such grace and care. Even after needing to return a day later they were so kind and accommodating. I think the prices are pretty higher than an average vet visit, but that’s not out of the norm for being an emergency vet (I’d only dock them 1/2 a star for that if I could do halves!). It’s nice to feel like it’s a team that really cares and doesn’t just see you and your pet as dollar signs. Also just a very clean, well maintained office which is nice.
Had to go in twice for my cat yowling after using the litter box. First time, they were nice enough, but felt less attentive/invested, as we were there right before closing, and maybe they were just ready to get out and go home. Second time around, we had Fredo, Brittany, and Dr. Taylor attending to him, and they did such a wonderful job. They seemed much more attentive/invested, and generally just on top of things. They made sure to listen carefully to our concerns, which they were able to allay, and sent us home with a solid care plan in place. I also received a very detailed email with instructions and diagnosis explanations, etc. I admittedly had some reservations about returning after our first visit, but it seemed our best option, and I’m so very glad we gave them a second chance. Thank you again to Brittany, Fredo, and Dr. Katie Taylor. You guys were awesome. And Markl thanks you too 🤍🐈
UrgentVet was great! I checked in and was greeted immediately and shown to a private waiting room. Vet tech, Jamie, was especially kind with my puppy and kept me in the know every step of the way. My pooch is on his way to feeling better!
