I have been with Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes for 3 years now and I've seen their service keep getting better everytime I go there. Dr. Inez is wonderful and so are the staff. Gretchen for one was very accommodating from the moment she weighed my fur babies up until us checking out. The waiting area is always clean. Check in and out process is smooth. To reschedule and make an appointment over the phone is a breeze, you get only good vibes. They make you you feel like family. I sure hope this good energy does not change. Keep up the good work guys!! đŻ
We have a new puppy and we were very nervous to start veterinary care after hearing so many bad stories. We were recommended here by a neighbor and I see why. The staff was very courteous and they were very gentle with our baby. The pricing was reasonable and up front. We are very happy to have found this place and will be going back
I feel obligated to let you know that these people are the worst on this field. Drover my dog has been coming for boarding longer than 2 year. Even though it was a 25 miles drive we didnât want to change his boarding because of him being old. I made an appointment for boarding 3 month before December the 22nd 2023. And they canceled the appointment at 5:00pm on December the 21st, why??? Because we did not accept the extra charges, that they try to get every time you board a pet. I was flying out for Christmas to see my sons and family and they didnât care. THE ONLY THING THEY WANT ISâŠTHE EXTRA CHARGES besides boarding charges! I have a letter from his new vet clearing up Drover of any issues but they canceled the appointment anyway. They are greedy, they donât think about the well being of your pet! They just want your extra money. Luckily, after all the stress and cryingâŠI found a wonderful pet sitter in my neighborhood a great lady that has a grooming business just a mile away from home, she took care of drover over our Christmas holiday. Only God knows why these things happenâŠDrover had a spa bath, had his walks and he was pampered all these days! I gave 1star because thanks to them, I found this new pet sitter. They deserve minus 5 stars! Thatâs why I took away my previous comments. I really have to let you know so you can expect the worst of this Animal Clinic!
This place is despicable. They have the rudest front desk staff (a younger girl) that Iâve ever met in my life, consistently too as Iâve encountered her for years now. So unprofessional, unfriendly, and careless. And after my pet passed away, I reached out to find out what to do while grieving the loss, and the same front desk girl answered and didnât even offer so much as a âsorry for your lossâ - She told me to call back in 6 hours because they were busy. Additionally, they gave my dog a vaccine I requested not to give due to his age, and I signed a form to decline it, but they did it anyways and he passed away a month later. I canât believe I ever wasted a penny on this place. Itâs absolutely filthy inside too. The only nice person here was one of the vet techs. I feel so regretful that I ever exposed my sweet dog to this careless place that treats you like youâre just another number.
The entire staff from the front desk receptionists to the techs, everyone is very friendly and professional. A special shout out to Dr. Iness, she always goes above and beyond when caring for Django and Lily. I truly appreciate and trust her completely. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
