All of the doctors and staff here are amazing! They take such good care of my high-energy corgi and helped my cat who was having urinary issues and prescribed a diet that has improved his health significantly! I highly recommend them if your pet is having any health concerns :)
I love this vets office they take their time with your pet, and answer all questions and concerns. I've never felt rushed. They are also hospitable and offer you a beverage while waiting for the vet, a very nice touch. I travel from Tarpon Springs and they're worth the ride.
We are so Thankful to the staff of Northbay Animal Hospital. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Mora is Amazing and so loving and treated our fur baby so well. I was referred to them because Harmony vet clinic was booked up, they took our Chichi in right away and the price was not bad at all. We are so impressed with their care and compassion we will be taking all of our babies there!! ❤️❤️❤️
Horrible customer service. They gave me absolutely zero notice of canceling my cat’s prescription medication TWICE despite having my email and phone number. They have no problem reaching out when they want to sell you something or offer services that you did not request, but when it comes to something like canceling a prescription medication that is needed twice daily to keep your pet alive and healthy, they suddenly forget how to use a phone. No apology was offered in any way, nor was the situation rectified. I will never return to this office.
We are fostering to adopt a dog through Rags to Riches and this is the veterinary clinic they sent us to. I can not say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Larkin . The care and compassion was so obvious. Dr. Larkin is professional and compassionate. She had our fosters best interest at heart and took great care of her. The fact that this practice does so much for neglected and abused animals is just amazing! I would highly recommend them.
