I would like to say that the staff and doctors go above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are taken care of. Dr. Garcia made sure to call us back whenever we had questions about our sweet Lily Ann’s diagnoses. Unfortunately, our sweet Lily Ann passed away recently due to multiple different issues, the staff was unbelievably supportive during this and Dr. Garcia even called to offer condolences and said he’d always be available if we ever wanted to call and talk about her case. They sent us a card in the mail with hand written notes from the staff and it made me cry because it showed they really cared. I would highly recommend them, they go over everything with you so you don’t feel like you’re left in the dark, if you are on a budget they work with you, and they care about your fur babies just as much as you do. Whenever we are ready for another kitty, we will be back! ♥️
I went to this clinic on emergency basis because I couldn't get my dog into his regular vet. Wonderful staff. Knowledgeable doctors and techs. . Very professional and, knowledgeable and show great empathy without being fake. I give an extra shout out to Jessica. You made everything a little bit easier. Edit: Thank you Dr. Garcia for being very informative and compassionate. I wish I would have taken my cat here a long time ago to get down to the bottom of what was going on with my her instead of going to my other vet that kept sweeping her problem under the rug because it was actually very serious what was happening to her and unfortunately it was too late and she had to get put down. I appreciate the kindness at this office especially during an extremely difficult time and how sweet they were to her up until her last breath. I can’t wait to get her ashes back. Thank you guys so much for everything. You guys have an amazing staff! I took my cat here because I needed to get in somewhere fast and couldn’t get an appointment sooner with my vet. I was calling around and got referred from another Vet to call The Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor and they were able to get me in! Upon arrival the girls at the front were nice. Doctor Bryan and the other gentleman that was with him were both amazing! Very caring, compassionate and thorough. My cat suddenly went blind in both eyes recently and they were very good to her. She peed in her carrier after doing a urinalysis and was kind enough to clean it for me. I loved the detailed papers and the Physical Exam Report Card of everything they did and went over. I will definitely be back for other testings and to try to get to the bottom of my babys sudden blindness ☹️
We are fortunate to have Dr. Garcia as our Oliver’s veterinarian. The office is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We are certain that Dr. Garcia knows cats and how to treat them for any kind of illness.
You will not find a more caring, supportive or knowledgeable team to care for your fur babies. For the last 11 years they have taken care of my fur babies, from regular check ups to emergencies to farewells. The whole team is outstanding in every way. Dr Hathaway and Bollenbeck have been our main Dr's and we love them!
