This is by far the best place to take you pets. They are so kind and accommodating. Just finished my appoint today with Dr.Donovan and Nurse Sydney. They were awesome with my German Shepard Bella. The customer service is always top notch, and in today's world, there seems to lack customer service. Our 6-year-old dog is a rescue, a very sweet, gentle and social dog. Yet ever since we first got her, she has always had great anxiety when it came to vet visits. Due to the effects of the recent hurricanes we had to go outside of our regular veterinary care office. We were referred to Oakhurst by our current care vet. Our visit to Oakhurst on 10/30/2024 was our first visit there, as such we were expecting our pup to be very anxious. How happy we were to see our pup interact with the staff there in such a positive and relaxed manner! The vet assistant and vet showed great patience and care examining our pup. Their approach truly was the most relaxed experience we have had at a vet visit! We felt the communication from all the staff there was clear and concise, our many questions were thoroughly answered, and all aspects of the care plan was explained very clearly. How happy we are that this experience was so positive. While the care plan is scary for us due to the nature of the issue our pup is facing, we have great confidence all will turn out well.
I took my baby Moonie here when she had stopped eating and began to act out of the ordinary. Sarah was so sweet and knowledgeable and they were able to find what was wrong right away. We were able to get her medication and she was feeling better within the week. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a safe place to take their babies!
