Firstly, the store is bright and clean. There were plenty of grooming supplies/treats/toys/food available in an organized fashion. Everybody at the store was so kind and helpful. They also have a website that shows a lot of their services, stock and supplies, which is very convenient. As a first time puppy adopter, I’m so pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and customer service of this local pet supply business! They provide a “welcome puppy package” for any rescues you’ve adopted within 90 days, which included so many goodies! Their prices are reasonable and they offer plenty of other services. I’m happy to support this local business — can’t wait to come back for more goodies and treats!! Needless to say, puppy also had a blast!
This place was 10/10. I used to take my dog to Petco to get groomed, but they hurt my dog, and since then I've had to take her to the vet to get sedated just to do her nails. Health Mutt was the FIRST place that was able to successfully do her nails without such methods. The cost is affordable, Staff is amazing and incredibly helpful, and their Self Wash stations are perfect. So thank you Rafe for taking good care of my baby girl, and thank you Health Mutt for such a fantastic experience. We will 100% be coming back.
I love the amount of treats they have out for the pups. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating to my fur babies.😁 Prices are what they are for city living, but it's worth it. My pup doesn't wanna let go of her new bone.🦴 Anna was the best! From the time I walked in to checking out she had such a great attitude. She answered all of my questions and comments and even gave me a welcome letter. Absolutely will be back. 🐾
Kelsey is great! She’s very sweet and an amazing groomer. I’ve been taking Roscoe to her for almost 6 months now and he comes out looking so cute every time. She’s very attentive about how I want him groomed and remembers every appointment without me asking. She definitely goes above and beyond to keep Roscoe handsome.
Our first time to Healrh Mutt for a nail trim. Store is very nice, clean and big. Folks are super nice and friendly. Ms. Caroline did our dogs nail trim, it was perfect. They take them in the back room, you can watch and it is hassle free. We will definitely return!!
