Oh how I wish I could give all pet care more than 5 stars… First of all, Dr Rixford saved my cat’s life about 4 different times in extremely hairy circumstances. Unfortunately, she was recently diagnosed with sarcoma. Dr. Rixford has always been so very kind and gentle and so caring. My cat hates going to the vet but she allows Rixford to examine. I have 4 animals total and they all go to all pet care. We live in north Tampa, so you can imagine it’s a 45-50 minute car drive to go over there. We refuse to go anywhere else. We have been Dr Rixford since 2019 and she has provided the BEST care every time. We are so grateful for her. We always recommend her to our friends with animals looking for a new vet. She’s the best 🩷
Every experience I've had at All Pet Care has been compassionate and efficient. I bring my two cats, Waddles and Cletus to see Dr. Ricksford, and I always request Jeremy as our technician. The two of them are honestly the dream team, always considerate and gentle with my boys, without fail. There is nowhere else I could even imagine having an experience that would be comparable in regards to customer care. We are very lucky Dr. Ricksford and Jeremy, I always know my boys are in good hands.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the physicians at All Pet Care. Jeremy, was an immense help, and immediately started the process of our wonderful experience. I called after our appointments with a few more questions and he took the time to answer thoroughly. This practice is thorough, kind, helpful, and they give every opportunity for you to be able to take care of your pets without encountering extreme financial stress. We wish we found them sooner and we are so grateful for their care of our fur family members.
I am so grateful to have found this medical home for our families fur babies. The staff and the physicians at All Pet Care are wonderful. From the start, I spoke with Jeremy, he immediately made me realize that this was going to be a great experience. He went above and beyond to answer questions and explain what we should expect in the appointment. Our actual appointment was wonderful with Emily and Dr. Rixford. They were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I was given a ton of really food information from Jeremy, Emily, and Dr. Rixford and I felt they were they to help me and not judge or just make money off of us. All 3 of them were genuinely interested in helping and giving great care and it showed. They gave me every opportunity to be able to take care of our pets without encountering extreme financial stress. We wish we found them sooner and we are so grateful for their care of our fur family members.
I'm so glad to have found All Pet Care Hospital! Dr. Rixford and Dr. Singh take the time to answer all of your questions and provide excellent care and advice. They have been enormously helpful for our routine visits and in several more serious situations. In fact, they were able to diagnose one of my young cats suffering from a very serious and possibly fatal illness. Fortunately, we were able to treat him and save his life. I would highly recommend them for the care of your furry family members!
