Always great customer service when I come into this store(8039). Kevin is always on the ball with any questions that I have to ask. Kevin, Trinity and staff are always quite friendly. Check out time is always very reasonable. Store is also very clean and convenient. An easy five stars for this Pet Supplies location. Thank you.
I have been bringing my dogs to get groomed here for the past 9 years and have never had any issues until today. I dropped my dog off to get groomed and ran some errands including getting my car serviced and so when she was ready to get picked up I was in a bit of a bind because my car was still being worked on as soon as we could get it back and went to get her we were told disrespectfully by the store lead, Jamie, that we would be charged a $25 fee for being late. He then went on to state that we signed off on that policy, I didn't recall that so I asked him to provide proof of that. He sent my husband away with the document that we signed at drop off, the thing is that they ONLY show you the front of it, the policy info which includes that late fee is on the back and does not require an initial or signature which leaves you totally in the dark about these policies. I am a person that owns up if I make a mistake, so if it's on me then I'll own it but the fact that this man lied that I signed off on that policy when I did not and was never made aware of it is just despicable. I most definitely filed a complaint with corporate.
First time doing the self service dog wash and was a great experience! Nathan the employee was a huge help and got me started on the discount card (currently buy one get one free) so that’s was huge savings. Will definitely be coming back. This location provided shampoo and conditioner with towels and apron and had an excellent blow dryer.
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Immediately when I walked in the door, Kevin asked how he could help. He not only pointed me in the right direction but took it upon himself to grab and carry both the bag of food and treats I was picking up. Then to top it all off even brought them out to my car for me. Charlie, the owner, also made it a point to stop and make sure I was being taken care of. Out of this world customer service. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you Kevin and Charlie!
