I recently moved to Pinellas Park area and called this place to schedule an appointment for my dog but Mary was very unfriendly and rude to the point that I had to ask her to stop. After picking up the phone she basically asked me right away to pay the $73 for the exam and whenever I asked her what did it included she just kept asking me “what do you want to achieve” All those good reviews must be fake!! They don’t care about people or pets, just money
I have been to many vet offices with my pets throughout the years, but this place is really something special. The staff is caring, attentive, and incredibly competent. They listen when you give them information about your pets behaviors/anxieties. The office is incredibly efficient. It is never difficult to get an appointment scheduled when I need one. They always bring us back on time for appintments, so I'm never stuck sitting in the waiting room with my pet for an extended period of time. Finally, when they do any kind of procedure, they provide a comprehensive estimate and explain everything in easy to understand terms. I am so thankful that I can bring my cat to vet a trust!
I was very surprised and happy with this vets office. They are prompt with time theirs and yours. The vet spends time with the animal and the owner answering all questions with easy to understand explanations. I switched to this vet after 15 years with my other vet and wow huge difference in care and price. I highly recommend this facility for your fur babies.
I don't recommend this practice. Stay away! They value money over doing what is right. I made an appointment and within an hour had to cancel it and they charged $75 for nothing. They did tell me they had a cancelation policy but I JUST made the appointment. They won't get any of my business or money in the future. Edit: The option provided to call and discuss is ridiculous. I have already called to discuss and the woman I spoke with checked on the matter and basically told me too bad for you. She also raised her voice at me. Why would I Subject myself to further abuse?
Darcy took my call to get my boy Rocco in for a torn toenail, she was polite & got me on the schedule immediately! We seen Dr Alberdi - she knew just what to do !! Also great communications with Mary!! My boy was feeling much better the next day and healing process has been great! Will always recommend them as I also take my other pets here too for many years!!
