This Vet Clinic is top notch! Dr Jones is thorough and methodical, and he took very excellent care of my most precious kitty, Moonbeam! She was diagnosed with a Thyroid disorder last summer, and I could not find a vet to help me regulate her medication. Dr Jones did a series of Thyroid tests, calculated the best dosing, and gave me clear instructions on how to give Moonbeam the pills. She is doing great! She bounced back from very greasy fur and having no energy, to living her best life at 14 yrs old! Thanks to all the staff too- front desk (Julie and Wanda) and Techs are all amazing!! And the office is clean and comfortable. Moonbeam will live a long life with this kind of Vet care. đ¸đ¸đđ
We went for our updated vaccines. Miles loves Dr. Jones and all the new renovations that took place. The staff was very friendly. The hospital has been updated and looks great.
I bought my dog in critical condition and they referred me to go to an er vet. He ended up up needing surgery and they called and checked up on him a few days after. He did end up passing away from an aggressive cancer. But the compassion got from this place is amazing beyond words. If I was to get another dog I will be coming here for sure.
Very disheartening that this clinic didnât do what they are supposed to do. I took a kitten, that I found on the streets, in on the 19th to get examined as I have other animals in my household & didnât want them getting sick. They do some tests & I told them exactly what I thought was wrong with him, they would not prescribe me the correct medication. Didnât have the âproper toolsâ to be able to do the correct test, when I called prior to make sure they had it, & then had to call back & ask for a refund, for them to finally prescribe it to me, âto make it upâ. 8 days later, I find he has ghiardia from the fecal test, and no one decided to tell me so I can properly treat him. They blamed it on working out the âkinksâ, being renovated & having a new location.
Dr. Jones (and the whole staff) were wonderful. My cat, Shadow, had to be euthanized yesterday. A sad experience that they made much easier. Thank you.
