I’ve had a great experience with seven oaks. Staff and doctors are very helpful and I’m happy that they look over my baby so well during check ups and get her the things she needs to be at her best
I can express how amazing this place is. The staff and Dr's are amazing and so compassionate. Our dog Bandit went into cardiac distress the day of hurricane Milton coming. There were open and welcomed us with open arms. They got Bandit stable enough for us to take him home. A week later we had to make the hard decision to put him down. It was a very hard decision, but they made the whole process very professional and comforting. Will definitely go back.
We brought our baby Toto here for a really bad bladder blockage emergency and they immediately took him to the back within minutes of us walking through the door. They took great care of him and got him all fixed up. They were mostly good on letting us know what was going while he was there (he was there during day and at VEG overnight). The only issue we had was the lack of communication between the Sunday crew and the rest of the staff but they still took amazing care of him and called whoever they needed to to get the information needed. We will definitely be bring my animal back here again.
Had to put our 15 year old dog to sleep yesterday as her medical issues could not be resolved or improved. The staff provided a level of care above and beyond what I expected especially in front of our kids. Too long to share the story but if you’re looking for a caring staff under these conditions I highly recommend this hospital. Wished I had taken down all names but unfortunately I did not. Thank you, you know who you are 🙏🏼
My 1 year old dauschund had an allergic reaction, and I didn't know where to take him, I called in and they were quick to take my information and asked me to come in, once we got there they were already expecting me and took the baby in to check his vitals and the doctor came out to explain everything in detail she was genuinely interested and showed empathy in everything she did. We were ready to go home with our baby in an hour. Extremely thankful and relieved for their assistance and how nice they were to Sonic.
