What a great experience at Kim's!!! I went there for Diamond dog food and Kim explained what all the different Diamond lines means and how they work with different age dogs. I never knew this and it was great that she took the time out for us. They all love the products they sell there. You don't get this treatment at big box pet stores and the employees at big box don't have the knowledge of all their products they sell. Thanks again, we will be loyal customers!
