Great first experience. I asked for a same day appointment. They saw me right away, I got my dog treatment and they gave him a cute customized bag with his medicine and doggy toy. Staff and doctor were friendly. They were thorough because it was my first visit and my previous vet was out of state. Thanks so much! Patron will definitely be back!
The doctors and all the staff at Hope and Love are wonderful. They have given our baby, Duke, friendly and caring service. He had elective surgery there, with an outside surgeon, and was given excellent care. Also, he had a couple health issues and they worked to resolve them. The office is beautiful and easily accessible for last-minute needs. Thank you all!
Their service is great. They took super care of my boy's knee surgery. Thank you to All the wonderful staff & especially, Dr. M. Sawyer who performed his surgery. They provided a fair price & even credited me back money from the estimate for anything that was not needed. Very honest. I would highly recommend this Animal hospital for your fur babies! They are located pretty far away from where we live but definitely worth it. Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience! They were incredibly kind and patient with my cat, and their customer service was amazing. The team took the time to explain every step of the process during the visit, making sure I understood exactly what they were doing and why. They also provided me with all the information I needed to properly care for my cat at home. I was especially impressed by their follow-up after the appointment to ensure everything was going well. Great doctors and staff! They take the time to explain things and genuinely care about my pets! Beautiful clean office! Buddy continues to improve! A bit pricey for my budget..so if I dont stay that would be the only reason.
