Took our Boxer for her first vet visit at Baycrest to have a tumor biopsied. The staff was very efficient, we were there 20 minutes before appt time and taken back right away. The vet tech Linda was great with our dog. Dr. Arthur was communicative with everything she was doing and straight to the point with the plan ahead. Prices are reasonable. Happy we found this place!

My fur baby is almost 13 years old and needed a mass removed as well as to be spayed. She is only 3 pounds so I was pretty worried about how she would do. They were amazing with her. She came through without a hitch! She is more active and much better now then she has been for quite some time. On top of the amazing care, they are much more affordable than most others in the area.
Best small town vets. They didn't push any treatments and worked with my budget. They have a heart and really love your pets are their own.
So grateful to have found this place. Previously went to VCA who turns out was commercialized and bought by M&M’s. Makes sense considering the decrease in care and the increase in price. I was informed Baycrest is one of the only independent animal hospitals in the area. Everyone who works there is so nice and they took such great care of my cat. My sweet girl is almost 12 and had a pretty big growth by her tail. They set up her appointment and surgery very quickly for us. Never been put under or had a procedure done so I was very worried but they reassured me. She did so well and they took amazing care of her. Her stitches and incision spot look very clean and she’s comfortable even though she’s healing because of the meds and the care they took with her. I will definitely be going to them forever (or as long as I live in Florida!) Thank you everyone at Baycrest.
