My two bulldogs and I visited Dr. Grace and team today for the first time, and I'm glad we did! The entire staff was warm and attentive. We received top-notch care and great advice on how to proceed with my pups' medical issues/concerns. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
Dr. Grace and her entire team of technicians and assistants are truly one of the very best Vet Clinics in the World Golf Village area. The care and compassion they show for every animal they see is unbelievable !! I just took our daughters 10 year old lab in for his annual checkup and shots (to say he was extremely hesitant and timid about the visit is not an exaggeration) ; from the welcoming to the exam and shots to the checkout - the staff showed genuine concern for his well being. I highly recommend the Dr. Grace and the Driftwood Veterinary Hospital for all of your pets.
Love everything about this clinic and Dr. Grace is the only vet I trust my animals with. She is amazing as are her staff and clinic ❤️ 10/10 recommend Candles are always lit and it smells great in there, they have a whole selection of coffee/tea and other beverages and even a dog toy bin in the lobby. They always put your pets name on a little welcome sign in the room and Dr. Grace takes her time to address each and every concern you have about your babies. She is seriously the best!
Avoid at all costs. All support staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. When we asked for Instructions on how to give our pets medication we were told to the label which did not say anything. When I got to the point that I needed to remove my pets from this practice the woman on the phone told me that she didn’t give a shit. Actually she told me she doesn’t give a shit multiple times. They refuse to give me my pets medication. They can’t even answer their phones or return calls. Horrible horrendous
LOVE the Driftwood team! Dr Grace & staff took such good care of my dog Riley who is very animal aggressive and anxious! Riley felt super comfortable the whole time (she even took a little nap in her bed in one of the rooms). She is back to her normal self and not sick anymore 🥹 Thank you guys for the best care
