Best vet ever! Everyone is so lovely all the time and they really care about you and your pets. You can really feel the love! And I have to give a shout-out to Chris, who is always smiling and helpful, even when they're busy.

I have never met nicer, more caring people. I will never go anywhere else for my animals needs. I highly recommend them to everyone they give them a try, you definitely won't be disappointed. So much compassion from everyone there, and Mr. Chris saved the day. My poor kitty was popping out of his carrier, and he just so happen to have one. Amazing is the first word that comes to mind whenever I think about VCA Ormond Beach Animal Hospital. Just amazing!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I don't know how they managed to get so many good hearted hard working people together in the same place but I am grateful that they did :) Every single person that has assisted me has been kind, patient, and compassionate. They TRULY LOVE ANIMALS and it shows! Dr. Preeti, Katie, Chris, Sarah, Brenda and Alessandra have all been excellent and I appreciate them so much! They go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Exceptional customer service. Thank you all for being great at what you do

Friday (7/19/24) is when the global IT outage happened and this was also when our appointment was scheduled too. Chris called in the morning and we found out this was happening by his call. When we hung up, I looked it up because it sounded so unreal. After reading the news, they are currently referring to this as the largest IT outage in history. When I realized what was happening, I felt a GREAT deal of gratitude and respect for Chris! We were the only customer he could call at that time. With 0 internet resources and no knowledge of what we needed, he still called us. Knowing that he'd call and the call was going to be a challenge, he still called us. And while we spoke, he was patient, personable and willing to assist however he was able at the time. I believe it takes a great deal of customer service skill to offer it under those circumstances and he ABSOLUTELY did! He was even able to get me an appointment the next day and made sure to take care of me as a first-time customer too. Sarah was also great during this time and patiently answered all of my questions, during our appointment, and worked with me too and the doctor was kind and attentive. Management, I hope you give them the credit they deserve for still attempting to give the best service they can to your customers even at a time when they had virtually 0 significant resources. Give them a raise if you can! 😊

This place is absolutely the best! And I’m saying this after simply one visit. We brought our fur baby in for a check up and they were absolutely amazing. (By the way first time visit exams are free if you go on the website! Which is amazing and very helpful!) The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile by Chris who was very personable and generous and you could genuinely tell he cared. He walked us to a room where he started the exam for us, now my cat is already a sweetheart and loves practically everyone but she doesn’t usually like to be in unknown places. That was not the case today, she warmed right up to Chris and was completely calm the whole time. Our doctor was very lovely as well and I feel horrible I can’t remember her name but everyone that helped take care of us today was an absolute pleasure and made us feel completely comfortable and like family instead of customers. Definitely found our new vet! Huge shoutout to Chris for being so helpful and knowledgeable over the phone when I called to schedule the appointment and for being so awesome with us when we came for our visit! Thank you!!
