I’m not one to leave google reviews. However, after this weekend I feel like it’s time to do so. After staying up all night with my 11 month old puppy (Cooper) as he threw up over and over again I decided to give this location a call around the time they opened at 7:00am on Saturday. They were happy to squeeze us in for an appointment at 9:40am and took all of my concerns seriously. Dr. M and her team worked diligently to figure out what was going on with my little guy, and after a few different test they decided he would need surgery. I really appreciated the transparency with how much my vet bill would cost before they even suggested the necessary test they would have to do to figure out his situation. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to do extra test just for the extra money. Cooper spent all day at the Vet and was the last patient to leave after 7pm. They did an amazing job answering all questions my family and I had after his surgery and did not try and shove us out the door so that they could get home to their families and lives. They have been available for all questions and calls we’ve had while he has been recovering at home. I know this is long, but I just wanted to leave a review and let everyone who is on the fence about taking their dog here know my positive experience. Forever Vets may seem scary because it has multiple locations and to some people, that makes it seem like their pet will receive less quality care due to it giving a “franchise feeling” at first glance. The doctors, techs, and front desk associates here are all amazing and I will forever recommend this place. Give Forever Vets a chance and you will see why they are the best veterinary practice in North Florida.

Very poor communication, to say the least. Three trips in person and numerous phone calls over 2.5 weeks to get a single script refilled. The techs never communicated the correct communication to the actual vet. I was informed he was too busy to actually call himself. I guess he was too busy to add notes for his staff, or the staff was unable to relay the notes. Communication been an issue with them since we started with them last year. I would suggest selecting another vet. Response- Yet I was informed by your staff numerous times over the multiple weeks it wasn't an issue. Own the issue! Your communication between you and your staff is poor. At no point during the over numerous weeks did your staff state there was an issue. I would have simply set up an apt as I did at another vet.

I don't recommend this veterinarian chain. Your animal will never see the vet, in the three years we've used their services I don't think we ever seen the same vet as it was always someone new and different. However, we loved their convenient hours, and our pets our healthy so we kept going, and everyone is very friendly at this location. However, we recently adopted two more dogs and once again it was a new vet and this was the final straw, because I don't know if the vet was smoking something or taking some type of narcotics. At least I hope so for his sake, because he made no sense, rambled, contradicted himself, and didn't even do a proper first exam. I highly recommend finding a locally owned veterinarian clinic who will truly take care of your pets and not make them their guinea pigs by having random vets who just graduated treat them.

They are amazing people over here. 🫶🏽 Thank you for always finding the time to help Annie. She's not always excited to come in but I swear she loves you all, especially Stevie.

We absolutely love the vets and staff at Forever Vets Murabella. From a regular annual visit to sadly having to put a pet to sleep, they are so caring and compassionate and genuinely care for our pets. As a pet owner we want what's best for our beloved animals, and Forever Vets is the best. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies!
