My dog was injured while I was in Florida. No vet in Ocala or Platka and in-between would see him. Called Crescent City Animal Health Center and not only would they see him the girl on the phone talked me through several different ways to keep him comfortable till Dr Grossman saw him.The doctor and his staff took great care of my dog, very loving.They got right down on the floor with him. Diagnosed his problem and set us up with a surgeon,who was also wonderful.So greatful for their compassion.
Dr. Grossman won my heart a year ago, after Sis, Bella (her adorable hairy hairless Chinese Crested) and I'd spent half the night at the Animal Emergency Room where we were told Bella had a fatal disease. The next morning, Crescent City Animal worked us in and Sis had made the heart wrenching decision to put Bella down, she was in a bad way Dr. Grossman, we were told, would examine Bella and discuss his findings. He came up with a couple theories that were treatable and he thought, more likely. He saved Bella's life!! Turns out, she has a thyroid condition and is being treated!! Love ❤️
Dr. Grossman and the entire staff are wonderful. I have a older dog and they always treat her with love and compassion.
Great doctor and staff. They take care of you.my little girl had to have surgery and a tooth pulled. The Doctor even called over the weekend to check on her. He even gave us his cell phone number if we needed him. Price is good to.
