Dr Z and her staff took wonderful care of FrankieAnne who had a Mast Cell Tumor.... I was very concerned as this was Frankie's 2nd tumor in 2 years and Dr Z was new to us. I was so impressed with her at the very 1st meeting with the way she interacted with Frankie! She has a great personality and made me & Frankie feel special. I would recommend her and her staff highly!!
I would like to start out by saying this was not my primary vet. I wish I knew about these amazing techs and vets when my sweet boy was still with me. He suffered from seizures that were getting worse. The night of and the day after Hurricane Helene he had horrible, aggressive seizures. His seizure medication was not working, even after I doubled it. The morning after they continued and he began vomiting blood and his coordination was off. He was 19- and I knew even though he started acting normal it was his time. I didn’t want him to suffer another seizure and see him convulse and scream and vomit blood again. We tried our vet, but they were closed. All the vets near us were closed. I called a Acupet and my husband explained the situation. They said they would take us if we came right away. Everyone was so kind, and patient. The room felt like a living room and was so comfortable. They kept asking if we were ready and seemed genuinely charismatic to the pain we were going through even though they never saw Mooshie until this day. After a few weeks I received a beautiful card with hand written notes regarding Mooshie. I would recommend them to anyone from my one and sadly last experience with my sweet boy.
Both of our dogs and both of us LOVE Dr. Tony!! He’s great and so is his staff, especially Diane. I know our babies are in good hands and kept healthy. Love Dr. Tony and Acupet ❤️❤️🐾🐾
The staff is very pleasant and very professional. I brought my chihuahua Lexi to Acupet after her having a continous cough that my previous Veterinary prescribed medication for. But nothing helped. Dr.Q. at Acupet finally got to the bottom and prescribed the right medication. Lexi is not completely cured but 85% better. Thank you Acupet
I have been bringing my pets and my mother‘s pets to Dr. Kobell for years. He is a wonderful veterinarian, warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He always explains things in great detail and provides me with multiple options, and always considers my personal situation. He never pressures me to spend money unnecessarily, and my animals love him! I always leave there feeling like the best interest of my pet was put first. I currently have three German shepherds that see him, and one on a pretty regular basis due to his allergies. He is not always such a nice pup, but Dr. Kobell is very patient and firm with him, and my dog responds very well to him. I would be hesitant to take this particular dog anywhere else due to how kind and patient they are with him. I’m sure I’m not the first dog owner that has found themselves in this particular type of situation. They don’t make me feel bad that he is a bit of a problem, child, and treat him the same as the others. I love this organization and would recommend it to anyone looking for a trusted veterinary clinic!
