I would like to start out by saying this was not my primary vet. I wish I knew about these amazing techs and vets when my sweet boy was still with me. He suffered from seizures that were getting worse. The night of and the day after Hurricane Helene he had horrible, aggressive seizures. His seizure medication was not working, even after I doubled it. The morning after they continued and he began vomiting blood and his coordination was off. He was 19- and I knew even though he started acting normal it was his time. I didn’t want him to suffer another seizure and see him convulse and scream and vomit blood again. We tried our vet, but they were closed. All the vets near us were closed. I called a Acupet and my husband explained the situation. They said they would take us if we came right away. Everyone was so kind, and patient. The room felt like a living room and was so comfortable. They kept asking if we were ready and seemed genuinely charismatic to the pain we were going through even though they never saw Mooshie until this day. After a few weeks I received a beautiful card with hand written notes regarding Mooshie. I would recommend them to anyone from my one and sadly last experience with my sweet boy.
The staff is very pleasant and very professional. I brought my chihuahua Lexi to Acupet after her having a continous cough that my previous Veterinary prescribed medication for. But nothing helped. Dr.Q. at Acupet finally got to the bottom and prescribed the right medication. Lexi is not completely cured but 85% better. Thank you Acupet
My dogs have been a pt here since the old building. Dr Tony, Dr Rosa and Dr Smith are so genuinely kind hearted. They always fit you in for an appointment and they all work as a team. Diane, the "Tech' is the sweetest. Euthanasia process is wonderful. I'll continue to have my future Beagle a pt there for his lifetime. Thank you.
What can I say about this AWESOME place!!! I called everywhere since my 5 month old puppy wasn’t eat or drinking anything and every time I touch his little head he would scream no one had a open for me to bring my baby but When I called this place the lady front office said yes bring him in no questions ask so we did and Dr Smith was the best. Thanks to them I have my baby back his eating and feel much better. They’re so sweet people and I will keep bringing him to this Vet. Thank you guys.
From the minute JoJo and I walked in for his first visit , we were greeted with warm and friendly staff. The Vet took her time with us and it is obvious how much she loves animals. The tech staff were caring and gentle with JoJo. Great experience!!
