This is the best place I've taken my cats to yet 💖 they have an amazing wellness plan, and affordable prices! Christina is always amazing with my girls, super patient and gentle to ensure a calm experience! My cats behavior towards the vet improved drastically once I started bringing them here!! I am So very grateful to the staff & Dr. Morris, this Dr. Calmly explained to me what was happening with my baby girl, Princess Nena. She took her time with me & I was not rushed like MOST places will do. The young lady named Reese at the front desk is super sweet and Yaminah that works with the Dr. She is Amazing! She also sat down with me to answer all questions that I had forgotten to ask Dr. Morris. This is a Phenomenal Team! Thank You All !!
I see several recent reviews as poor, but I have to say, my last few visits after being referred to Dr. Morris from an emergency care vet were wonderful ... even through a tough situation! I came in with a sudden sickly rescue pup, and after several visits and multiple tests, Dr. Morris and her incredible staff were determined to get Smudge feeling better. Dr. Morris took on the case with compassion and so much care. After each visit, she called me herself when test results came back and discussed action plans to get this pup to feel better and always had a plan b just in case. She was thorough, gave me time to ask questions, and made me feel just as important as my dog. Dr. Morris even went above and beyond and discussed my pups case with a colleague who specialized in gastro just to ensure treatment plans aligned with his case. I am so glad to have found you all and feel better knowing Smudge will be given the best care there to get healthy and live a God willing, long life. Thank you all. I’ve been bringing my 11year old dog to this office for 4-6 years now and I enjoy the stuff very much and my dog feels comfortable. They are knowledgeable and efficient and even though I don’t live in the surrounding area, I will still travel to this location every single time. Nurse Yaminah Scales made my pet feel safe and they did a fantastic job with cutting his nails. Dr Morris was very knowledgeable and understanding of my dog's current situation but provided realistic tips on how to make sure my pet is healthy long-term with alternative food for my pet to eat. the overall experience is always great, and we leave very happy. I recommend this location to all my friends with pets.
Although I've never been to this particular pet hospital. I've dealt with Dr. Deem Morris at Seven Oaks Pet Hospital. And frankly, she's absolutely fantastic. Dr. Morris is very likely one of the top individuals working in field of veterinary medicine today. She's published countless scientific research papers. And her knowledge of veterinary medicine is seemingly on the cutting edge. This is the type of veterinarian the rich and famous would bring their pets to. And she was so kind and empathetic delivering the terrible news that our best friend was terminally ill and all medical options had been exhausted. It was a terrible thing to go through but Dr. Morris really helped by being so compassionate. She was almost in tears herself. As far as veterinarians go, you can't and won't do better than Dr. Deem Morris. I guarantee it. She's probably one of the top veterinarians in the entire country. Do some research on your own and you'll very likely agree.
