She did the best job. My Spicy looks adorable. She did what I asked her to do. The place is a little pricey for me, but well worth it. I also bought their dog food. It is the first one My Spicy liked. They have a return Policy if your animal does not like the food you can return it.
Really great experience with the groomer here. Everyone in the shop is also super friendly, helpful, and informative. Also super conveniently located next to our gym, so dropping in is a breeze. Super quick and friendly groomers compared to others in the area, as well. The groomer came out to ask me what I wanted, had suggestions, and overall did a really great job and gave my guy a summer cut that’ll serve us well. I’ll update next time I bring him in for a normal schnauzer cut, but I got exactly what I asked for!
Excellent store , bought wrong food realized 1 week later call the store to re_ select & to my surprise they give me a full credit on my old back & get a discount on my new one. They also keep track of your purchases that help to know how much food to buy for the month.
I had been trying to get in to the groomers here for over a year, but never could get an appointment when I needed it. I finally called 7 weeks before my pup needed another cut. Yesterday I showed a groomer a picture of my pup the way I like him from Christmas. The groomer had her own Pomeranian so I felt content leaving him. When I got him back I didn't even recognize him. I'm still very much upset. The groomer was very remorseful for misunderstanding and I appreciate that, but I cannot forgive this mistake. It will take at LEAST 3-6 months for his coat to grow back and it might never come back to the gorgeous full coat it was. I have NEVER asked for a cut this low or I would have gotten a damn Chihuahua or Daschund. Up
First time visit to this groomer made appointment over the Phone the service was superb to any other place i have been in the Orlando area the groomer was excellent i explained what i wanted and he delivered👍Thanks for you're great service i will return and will let all my canine loving friends know about you. you earned you're Stars Thank you so much
