Very friendly staff, Vet techs and veterinarians. Clean facility . Ive been taking my dogs there for many years recently Took my 6 month old frenchie for the first time they don’t treat your pet as a number but like one of their own . Dr McCain and her team have been taking care of our precious doodles for almost 10 years. Their professionalism and compassion are truly outstanding. If you are looking for a veterinarian who will truly care for your four legged companions, this is the one.
This place was always dirty when we would bring our puppy. Which we were there often due to her being a puppy. I had multiple issues with them with one being that she wasn’t actually vaccinated for rabies but was put in the computer that she was but then when I asked again they said she was but then said ohh I didn’t see the note here. You are right she wasn’t. The floors were so dirty there was a piece of metal that my puppy almost ate off the floor there luckily I was watching her closely. My biggest issue was when I purchased the puppy package which includes her spay but they said she was too young to be spay so I had to wait but then when I called to get her scheduled they said that wouldn’t be included anymore because she wasn’t young enough. They nickel and dime everything. Over charging all the time. They were trying to charge me more than double for micro chip when the sign outside said $10!! I wouldn’t send anyone here!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! ** edited to add and respond to the response that was left. The location was dirty and had them metal piece on the floor in the exam room the last visit we went to. I had scheduled the spay at the visit they are speaking of and then was told when I called for something else that she was too old and I would pay extra unless I changed to the appointment that week. Which really messed up my schedule but I did it to avoid charges. There was lots of miscommunication with the vet tech, the vet and the front desk with me. I haven’t been back because of all of this not just because I am due for a “new package”
Dr. McCain has been incredible over the last few months as our dog Murphy has stuggled with Stomach issues. She treats Murphy as a part of the family and spends time with us explaining her observations, recommendations, and diagnosis. I highly recommend All Care!
