We wanted more curb appeal and we had three areas of fence that needed help. The before and after pictures speak for themselves and we are very pleased with the results. The work was done about a week before hurricane Milton, but everything held up beautifully. If I could take off half a star it would be for two minor reasons. They initially sent out a crew where no one spoke English. I wasn't comfortable with that and James quickly rescheduled and then made sure someone who spoke English was present most of the time. Also, one of men hit a water line, but they quickly repaired it. The bottom line is, the work is quality, and the price is fair. There's always going to be glitches in any kind of construction, but All County went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I'm happy to recommend them.
Had an awesome experience with All County Fence! Their communicate was great from start to finish, and made the process very simple. Installers did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
Obviously the fence is great, but two additional for you to consider: 1) they did a great job maintaining constant communication. They let me know what they needed, sent reminders, proved updates on the time frame, etc. 2) when they came to give their assessment, my wife was the one home to meet them. She commented that he gave a sincere, honest take on what we need and wear we could save. It took 6-8 weeks from the first call to completion of the fence, but thats because they're in high demand, which is exactly what you want. I have no complaints.
As the neighbor of a customer don't use this people they will walk on to your property and destroy property. That's what they did to me they came on my property and cut down a sapling my children planted as an acorn. Then the staff was rude starting with the receptionist who was rude from the get go. She was then to lazy to get the one manager who was there to handle the issue. So then without warning or a word puts me on a 20 min hold to which I get their customer service manager who sucks at her job because all she could do what not listen and escalated things further. After her round about way of saying they would do nothing and hung up on me I called back to speak to the owner only to be put on hold and left for more than 30mins no one ever got on to tell me anything about how long I'd be waiting to speak to the owner. They also lied to my neighbor about what I said to them thinking we don't talk. Terrible company
My new fence looks great! Stephan was quick to come out and give an estimate, and the job was completed within the estimated time frame. Great customer service, everyone I spoke to was friendly and quick to respond. The guys did a great job removing my old fence and putting up the new one. I also appreciate that they were willing to do a relatively small job.
