Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Tory and Blake from Alpha Foundations repaired my back deck with little difficulty and super fast. They are both very professional, super courteous, and kept me very well informed as to all aspects of the repair. They arrived on time, gave me an overview of how they were going to repair my deck and then got right to work. Tory and Blake did a great job on our building when 3 of the 10 units had a washout after Helene. They were prompt and courteous and we will hire Alpha again should the need arise.
Dylan was a great resource and walked us through the project and what to expect very thoroughly. When it came to the install, Tyler, Tristan, Greg and Charles were wonderful. Arrived on time, completed within a day (and worked until 6pm on a Friday to do so). They were clean, respectful and communicative. Very pleased with everyone we worked with.
