Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. Tory and Blake did a great job on our building when 3 of the 10 units had a washout after Helene. They were prompt and courteous and we will hire Alpha again should the need arise.

From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. ***UPDATE 7-13-24 After being contacted by the local manager, Kyle, he was able to resolve all the issues promptly and went over and above my expectations to get everything corrected. I am back to recommending this company since they do seem to be quick to respond to any issues you may have. ***Update 7-1-24 after install** The initial install had no issues like my original posting had advised.. The problem and lack of professionalism from this company came after the install.. They were supposed to come back 3 to 4 months after install after the jacks had settled to check it and possibly readjust the jacks to level the floor a little bit more.. That never happened!! So then I make an appointment for the one year check up, which is part of your price,, And the day Of the appointment I get no call and a no-show from the service technician.. And corporate just says that they sent a message to the local manager to contact me.. So I’m writing you today to say that they are still a no call no-show. I still have not heard back from the local manager and now no reply from Corporate.. So I am here to say that if you value what you pay for in the service and you expect to get it then I expect you to not want to use Alpha Foundation for this service!! Original review at time of install : I had my foundation corrected and supported with their jacks and my crawlspace completely encapsulated with a dehumidifier and sump pump and now I have a Florida basement. John, William and Ryan was super nice, polite and they did a great job.
