My Corgis have been patients at Animal Clinic of Windermere for several years. Last week we visited for our annual vaccinations and physical. Dr. Benavent was friendly, professional and clearly loves animals as does her tech. My normally shy female Corgi warmed right up to them. My male Corgi had a worrisome area on his belly that Dr. Benavent checked thoroughly. All of my concerns and questions were addressed without rushing. Medication was explained and I felt comfortable that I understood what to do. We had boarded at The Lodge a few weeks prior for the first time and one of the staff members walked by our room recognizing my Corgis. She stopped to greet them and they were happy to see her. Last, I had my invoice emailed and after arriving home, I noticed a small error. I called and Aston took care of it immediately and the credit was applied to my card that same day. All in all a very good experience.
What a wonderful experience getting to know the Animal Clinic of Windermere. Last Saturday I went there without an appointment with our dog because of an injury. As a new patient, I was greeted very warmly by Mimmi at reception, despite them being very busy with other patients. After an understandably short wait, the assistant Fernando took care of admitting our dog in a very friendly manner. The doctor, Dr. Ashley Still, was also very friendly and competent in dealing with new patients and with our dog. Everything was explained to me very well and our dog was immediately looked after very well. Checking out with Tessa was also a friendly experience. I can only warmly recommend this animal clinic and I will be happy to come back with our two dogs in the future. Thank you, dear team at the animal clinic in Windermere, for this refreshing experience.
While we were away over Labor Day weekend, our dog went into cardiac arrest and sadly passed away just before our sitter reached the Animal Clinic of Windermere. We were devastated and even though we were not clients, the compassion and empathy shown to us was truly remarkable. They graciously offered to keep our dog over the holiday weekend until we could return to make appropriate arrangements, which they also helped us with. We are so grateful for their support and I wouldn't hesitate to become a client should we decide to be pet owners once again.
Everyone is always so nice at this vets office. I’ve been bringing my cats here for years and trust them 100%. Highly recommend.
Moved to Florida in September and Kiko has had continual issues with ear infections and now skin allergies, which has made him very uncomfortable. We had his first appointment today and we had the nicest, most thorough, and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever had take care of him. Added a photo post bath and groom with shampoo and conditioner recommended to help. Great start to getting his allergies under control. You guys rock :)
