All I have to say is, Dr. Holly Brown. She is a genius and super caring and thorough and if I ever need an emergency vet when I'm in Orlando I will go see her. She has helped my puppy several times and has been very thorough in her explanations and care and I trust her. The facility is very clean and the staff is very caring and very into their job
I am absolutely elated with how kind and how amazing the staff was in our time of need. Our baby kitty boy Binx had a blockage in his urethra from crystals. My poor baby couldn’t go potty so we rushed him here and were greeted by the sweetest girls. Sydney from the moment I met her she felt my pain and comforted us the whole time.. Sarah was our vet tech that also helped to assist Dr. Brown in saving our baby. All three of these women are incredible beyond measure, and I can’t thank them enough for their help of saving our baby. I understand some things can be very expensive but in reality our pets are our family. They’re just like you and I. they deserve the same treatment! Once again, I can’t thank the staff enough for all of their help their compassion, their kindness and their concern. I highly recommend For all of your emergency needs!! You guys rock we love you!!!! I can’t thank the team at the emergency animal hospital enough for the incredible care they provided for my cat, Ava. When she suddenly fell ill, I was understandably frantic, but Dr. Brown and technician Sara were amazing from the moment we walked in. Dr. Brown was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of Ava’s treatment. I felt reassured knowing that she was in such capable hands. Sara was equally fantastic—she was compassionate and attentive, making sure Ava was comfortable during her visit. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the staff was efficient and kind, which made a stressful situation a little easier. Thanks to their expertise, Ava is now on the road to recovery! I highly recommend this emergency animal hospital to anyone in need of urgent care for their pets. Thank you, Dr. Brown and Sara, for your dedication and kindness!
Sage, my greyhound had gotten a wound one evening while playing outside. I know greyhounds can be tricky when it comes to anesthesia. Dr Brown was very knowledgeable about this and tailored a treatment plan that was ideal for her. She did fantastic after her repair. She got medications and the sutures look amazing. The staff was also super amazing when it comes to loving on my beautiful girl. I couldn't thank his team enough for what they did to help her! Thank you, Dr. brown, Sara and Sydney, y'all were amazing
