This was my 1st visit for my new puppy but the 2nd dog I have taken to Animal Health Care Clinic. As usual the Dr was thorough, answered all my questions, excellent with my puppy, held her and took took her time with the puppy. The vet tech was excellent and the office staff were all so nice and efficient. Hardly any wait time in the office and when calling for appointment the staff was very courteous and helpful.
I have been bringing my cat here for 10+ years and my Dachshund for 5 and have nothing but great things to say! I drive an hour away from my house to come here because they are just amazing. The staff goes above and beyond every time and they truly care about my pets needs. They have both been spayed and neutered here, teeth cleaning, checkup’s etc. Thank you guys for all you do for my pets!
Love the staff, they really care about their patients and it shows. Wonderful folks!! I like that you don't have to wait for too long as well. I have brought all of my pets over the years going back to when Dr. Josepha Wolfe opened the clinic. ❤️
Love the vets and staff. Shadow had surgery and thorough instructions were given at the time of pick up. They called to mske sure he was ok the next morning. Vets and staff are GREAT! LOVE all of them.
Took my cat to get fixed and the staff/surgery vet popped her eye tacking then Did NOT notify of the issue. This is After I made it clear to each person that saw her that to be careful with her eyes. (You can also see the blue stitch). As we speak my cat is being evaluated for an emergency surgery caused by this facility!! Be careful of this facility. They may be cost efficient for getting animals fixed, but this surgery will cost me another $200. So in reality it wasn’t cost efficient at all. It has cost me more to deal with these people. Edit: the surgeon called me after I told them not to and to speak with my vet, denied responsibility, and then relayed how incorrect the receptionist and the vet tech were. The vet tech and receptionist should really be looked at while they are caring for animals that cannot speak for themselves. I would highly recommend finding a group of truthful individuals. Also- make sure you either record or have a second party listen to all conversations, as the contradictions on the well being of animals is concerning.
