We have been using the animal hospital of a New Port Richey for many years. We have always had an excellent experience there. The doctor and staff have always gone the extra mile to ensure our pets have a long, healthy and happy life. I would recommend Animal Hospital of New Port Richey without reservation.
Our precious Ivy-Grace Del Pietro had her first cleaning she is 4. Ivy came to us as a rescue. Poor girl had beginning stages of Periodontal disease. . She sadly loss a tooth. Thank you to all that calmed Mom & Dad nerves and cared forš¾Ivy. We have been with Dr Gail since 2018 would go no where else.Peter ,Donna and š¾Charlotte.
By far the best vet I have ever worked with ..that's a key factor, that Doctor Presley and staff take the time to listen and communicate and do what's in the best interest of my cats. Staff is all very pleasant and efficient. Lisa, the vet tech, really goes the extra mile, and my cats adore her. Fair prices. Full service including grooming. So many vets in the area have gone corporate and are like factories. Extremely happy here.
From the front desk staff to the great techs and, of course, the Doctor; my dogs are treated like they are the only patients in the county. With convenient hours, prompt appointments and the level of care, why go elsewhere? And, not to mention the southern hospitality and professionalism.
This VET office always puts my dogās best interest first. They are always willing to help my dog and are very kind, courteous. They helped us out so many times with gifting is items that had been donated to the office. They work with you itās not all about the money for this vet. My dog is happy and alive today because when we thought we had reached the end of the road with him, the Dr. took her time and said she itās not his time. And she was right. My dog is still here, happy and loving life.
