I recently brought a new conure into our home. The folks at Animal House have not on provided great products but have also been very helpful with their guidance and coaching! Definitely a reason they’ve been in business in our community for many years. Great customer service. 👍🏼
I left the store deeply disturbed at the enclosures for the blue macaws. Those birds need ample space to fly or stretch their wings and this cage didn’t allow them to do either. I am honestly baffled that this type of care…or lack of care rather…is even legal. As such intelligent animals they need some sort of mental stimulation (like toys or structures to play on) and this cage was just completely bare. I’m sure they have some type of psychological disorder after living in those conditions. Justice for those birds!!
Where were a lot of animals there from parrots to snakes. The shop was clean n they had good service. There were a lot of animal products for sale
A little bit different to walk in and be able to actually handle a bird while in the store. Very neat. Great selection of dog toys and treats. We were asked a couple different times while walking around if we needed any help or any assistance, very nice and friendly workers.
This place has been here since I was a kid. They always have a large selection of critters and birds, and the staff is super friendly. I had to pick up a bunch of canned food for a sick pet, but have trouble carrying heavy things. The nice guy working there today helped me grab what I needed and brought it out to my car. Appreciated the help.!
