The staff were very caring and took the time to answer all my questions. They even offered to meet me if it was after hours to take in my elderly cat once he passed. Since then my parents, and I, have used them for other pets. The service is top notch, and you can tell they care about doing the best job they can to help you honor your pet.
I had my eel for roughly 10 years... I never loved a fish so much in my life ...he was handsome and such a good boy, loved his shrimp. When I called them the lady on the phone was so kind and made me feel comfortable about bringing him in even though I know cremation for a fish is probably a odd request. He was ready the next day and when I got him I put part of him in a locket infront of his sunken boat I kept. The people were so kind and friendly there and made my loss more tolerable.
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that gave me peace. They handled everything with so much empathy. I truly recommend this place. My Noche was a tuxedo cat, 10 years old, weighing 5 pounds and the total cost was $75 for the communal cremation. Thanks Animal Kingdom Pet Services for your great service
My son Cody just got his beloved dog Charlie back from cremation. This place exceeded our expectations. You can tell the love and compassion they gave. His urn was beautiful. The paw print was so much more then we expected. The urn necklace was beautiful. The card, the heart flowers to plant. The utmost love and care of how he was returned to us showed in their work. We appreciate you all very much during this hard time. Charlie was 7.5 years young and we lost him to cancer. We miss him so much.
I cannot say enough good things about Animal Kingdom Pet Services. We had an appointment with Lap of Love at 2:00pm and I did not know how long the process would take. I called multiple times leading up to the appointment to communicate questions to them. Jenny I think it was answered the phone and her voice was so calm and reassuring. I told them we might arrive close to their closing time and she told me there was no need to rush. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Catherine. She was great to work with as well and provided clear instructions for us on handling our beloved Gidget's remains. After handing over the remains, we waited for Catherine to do the invoice and complete the payment process. While we waited, Chris sat and talked with us. He is an obvious animal lover and has experienced this pain many times. This was my wife and I's first time dealing with an animal death and it was very difficult on us. Chris sat and basically gave us a free therapy session while we waited. When we got back into my truck, my wife looked at me and said, "Can we just come back here once a week and talk with him?". Losing our beloved furbaby is absolutely the hardest thing we have ever done. Animal Kingdom Pet Services has a high star review for a reason and it is why we chose them. I can't say enough good things about them and highly recommend them.
