I called and had not been there before. Our 15 year old pug needed to go over the rainbow bridge. They helped us immediately, were gentle and kind. I thank them so much for making it as painless as possible to say goodbye to our beautiful loyal pug. God bless them, especially the young tech, he was compationate through it all.
Dr Wilson and her staff are the most wonderful caring members of Maxine's inner circle. This beautiful rescue has been a faithful friend for the last 4 years and will let the doctor and her staff handle her any way they want. And that is big for a dog with trust issues. They have been with our family through 6 dogs and a cat. Thanks to all the staff.
I take my maxi and bunz there and honestly it's always been a good experience, I read some of these comments and all I can say is there's always 2 sides of the story and then the truth. I've had nothing but good experience, are you going to be sticker shocked.lol probably but these are Profesional people with a buisness, many years of education, if you want cheap I'm sure there's a government program for that.lmao. (things will change) All in all great people , go in there as a human being and get treated as one, go in there well you can figure out the rest.lol See yall soon for boarding. Maxi will be ok. But bunz will probably be mad at me.lol
Dr Wilson listens and it's patient with your concerns. She doesn't stress your baby out. The nurses are very nice. The front desk people are RUDE AND MEAN. I know customer service is hard. I get it. But if you're burned out, ask for another position or go to the gym. I HATE HAVING TO CHECK IN AND SEE THE FRONT STAFF. THEY ARE MISERABLE. If it wasn't for Dr Wilson, I wouldnt go there.
Everyone here was so very nice and helpful. They took care of our dog Serena right away. Did not discuss money until they made sure she was okay. They are not our regular vet but took her on an emergency when she got hit. Again amazing place. Was not charged an arm and a leg. Caring people.
