If you are going to charge excessively high prices for the services being received (in my case the cremated ashes of my dog that died there, cost of boarding from when she was alive, medicine, IVs, testing, etc, etc) then at least have some better customer service and atmosphere. I personally don't think you should charge someone for things that didn't save the animal, but you'd never make money, I get it. But you can't have terrible employees AND charge too much. This is an office where people's animals are sick, I shouldn't have to hear your receptionist make personal call after personal call. Once, after waiting for an hour, loudly stating that the vet wasn't even on site yet and everyone would be waiting for a while, which is another issue. You allow clients to wait that long before informing them (I use the term lightly as I technically overheard it wasn't announced) of something important? Another day with several loud and long calls about lack of cheese on a salad, when I came in to check on my dog who died the next day. A quick phone call is one thing, but we waited for a while for her to hang up so we could talk to her about why we were there. She also kept calling back so when we wanted to check on why it was taking so long, we had to wait. I am glad I never have to go back to this office again. And I will never recommend it to anybody who wants to receive the quality of services they pay for. Unfortunately I've used similar services with other vets nearby and have never been charged this much or had to deal with such negative atmosphere.
One of the most reasonably priced vets in town and they actually care about your animals. The girls at the front desk are patient with me and my busy schedule and always try to help fit you in I take my dog here regularly since puppyhood and when he was a puppy they caught his parvo early, went above and beyond for me even helped me get his very expensive treatment paid for by the vaccine manufacturer as he was already vaccinated for parvo as a puppy.
Don’t recommend using this So called animal clinic. Why open up at 7am if you don’t have a veterinarian on duty until 10am, Attempted to call multiple times before we rushed over with my extremely sick girlfriend’s cat. The lady at the front desk has no compassion or emotion whatsoever. I would give no stars or negative stars but it won’t allow me!
Well...I can't tell you the vets name because she never enterduced her self she was unprepared or uneducated on the breed of dog that I have. Making him hyperventilate to the point I thought he might pass out. For the fees they charge I would expect to at least have a vet that was confident in her ability to treat my baby.
Terrible clinic. Even if you possibly got them to answer the phone or return a phone call, you will be lied to and given false information. Had to beg for records IN PERSON because they refuse to call you back or answer the phone. The records given are invalid anyway, because their lack of attention they don’t chart expiration date of vaccine and miss-enter information. Avoid at all costs. You are better off driving to Saint Augustine or Tallahassee. Do yourself and your pets a favor.
