Doc Andrew and the entire team has been attentive & supportive throughout my baby pup neuter process.. thankfully they don’t mind going the extra step to ensure the procedure and aftercare process goes as planned. He’ll be able to get the stitches out in about 16 more days. Hoping for a speedy recovery, but it’s been helpful having them overseeing the process. Thanks again!
We've been taking our furry family members to see Dr. Hong for many years. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We now have a kitty with diabetes and he has been very helpful in managing her symptoms with diet recommendations and insulin. Jasmine and Joanna in the front office are very friendly and efficient. Thanks for all you do!
I realize not everyone reads the fine print when filling out paperwork, but I'd encourage every one to. My 13 year old pup was refused to be seen because I wouldn't initial next to the line that releases all liability from any treatment given. First, that is a very sketchy thing to ask for. Second, if they are looking for release from frivolous lawsuits, the language on the form needs to change. Sadly, I'm not comfortable waiving anything and everything. If the one line doesn't matter, then remove it, because it literally says you won't be held liable. I gave you permission to examine, that's why I was there. I've never had a vet make me sign something like this. Red flag!
Dr. Hong is absolutely a great veterinarian. Services are priced respectively, staff very personable & caring to our pets! Our veterinarian of 10+ years. Sends greeting cards for those special days. Appointments held on time, not rushed to meet quota. We're always learning how to give the best care to our furry kids!! A delightful experience consistently.
My dog had scratches on his eye and the situation got really bad. We were afraid he would loose his sight. Dr Kim and Jasmine were excellent in helping treat an awful situation. They were very patient and explained everything clearly. Dr Kim even followed up the next day with text messages, which put us at ease. Our follow-up visit ,was difficult because clearly a dog does not want drops or tests on his eye, so he was hard to work with. Again, they were patient and took care of Baxter, he's on the road to recovery and we are feeling much better. thank you
