THIS PLACE HAS AWESOME CARING SERVICE AND STAFF!!! Got home after traveling and our cat had a large growth in the abdomen. Ran him over Saturday morning. Never been there, had no appointment, wasn’t a client, they were booked but MADE TIME to see my cat. After xrays they booked emergency surgery n 3 days. After surgery they called me twice to see how my cat was doing over the next few days. In fact, they called even before surgery to check on him. The staff was wonderful, loving, and tender with my cat. Very professional. Best vet experience I’ve had, and I’m retired. A+++ Btw, no one asked me to write this.

Fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable staff who treats your fur baby as if it were their very own. We are in our 4th year taking our beloved Greyhound there. They do the best for her, when Bella broke her ankle, Dr Andrea got her the best surgeon for the job and Bella had a perfect surgery and recovery. I have referred friends and they to are very pleased.

Our cat Wiki was back to normal after his neutering - it was as if nothing had happened at all! Amazed that he didn’t even have to wear the cone of shame! He has taken his meds without any problem - it was a very positive experience, thank you!

Dr. Diana and the Apollo Beach Animal Hospital staff are excellent! We took our dogs there for the last 7 years since moving here. Staff is always polite and courteous. When there were issues with our dogs Dr. Diana always took time to explain treatment options and such. She and Dr. Marks would even call us on off days or evenings to check on them when they were not well. Unfortunately we lost both of our furbabies within 5 months of each other this year. The staff knows us quite well and even sent us cards after they both passed which was very kind. If we do get another dog we will be taking them to Apollo Beach Animal Hospital again!

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. I was charged almost a grand to be told she was a “medical mystery.” They had no over night staff so I needed to take her home and was told to monitor her myself to ensure she didn't go down hill over night. They provided me with no care to give he despite feeling she needed iv fluids and to be admitted. They actually told me to go somewhere because they couldn’t provide the care they thought she needed. With the inability to spend another grand I had to consult a family vet in CO for advise. As a more qualified vet she had to tell me what to call back and ask for. It took three different times just to get them to approve to give me iv fluids and medication to help stimulate hunger for home use. They then charged me another 100 dollars for me to take care of her myself because otherwise they wanted another $600. When the stimulation for hunger didn’t work I had to call back and request another medication that again my vet in CO recommend. This was another $50. I had two people one of which was the vet themself ask me to take down the negative review. They were more concerned with reviews and money than they were saving my pet. When I asked about some diseases that again my family vet in CO said she could possibly have the vet either had no knowledge of them and or never tested her for them in the first place and again said she may need to go somewhere else. The facility itself was disgusting, the rooms were filthy, the chairs were breaking apart, and it smelled awful. Save your money, time, and your pets life by going to another vet! I was told blue pearl may be more qualified and have specialist there that can offer more care than they can. This place clearly needs more qualified vets on had and needs to hire a specialist who can do ultrasounds. If it weren’t for my family vet my cat would have died. A vet from thousands of miles of way had more knowledge than this place had.
